Which type of accommodation can I choose? Which services are included?
We have chosen excellent average hotels or high-class ones, which are cozy and offer great assistance. All of them have rooms with private bathroom, heating and/or air conditioning, and offer breakfast service. Many provide additional amenities, such as restaurant, snack bar and relax areas. Where there is no TV signal, there usually is a video library available to guests so they pick the movies they wish to watch. Many also offer a small library and a playroom.

Which meals are included?
Every hotel offers breakfast service. In Argentina, it is generally the one called "Continental" (coffee, tea, milk, cereals, several types of bread and butter and jam, orange juice). This service is included in the room rates, and the hotel will not charge a lower price if the guest does not take it. On the other hand, some hotels offer buffet or American breakfast.
Generally, the hotels we work with do not include any other meal. If that is the case, it is expressed in the estimate. When half board is included, it usually refers to dinner, apart from breakfast.

What type of vehicle is used for transfers and excursions?
Transfers are made in modern vehicles for a small number of passengers. According to the size of the group, it may be a car, a van, or a minibus. When it is expressed, it is a 4x4 vehicle. Whichever the case, the vehicle has all the necessary authorizations, insurance and have passed the required inspections. Likewise, the drivers have been selected especially for their expertise and awareness of the conditions of the roads, which is paramount in Patagonia.
All of them have A/C and heating, according to the need. We intend to avoid any inconvenience for you. The circumstances may lead us to make sudden changes in the type or time of transportation. This is rare; however, you will receive notice of such modifications in advance.

How much in advance do I need to make the reservations?
It is always beneficial for you to respect the periods suggested. In Argentina, we can generally give you a six-month-in-advance estimate, depending on the destinations, and we recommend that you plan your trip and make the reservations with such anticipation.
You will have a wider offer of flights, accommodation options and the rest of the services.

Our price is final, which means every item detailed in the final itinerary is inlcuded, local taxes as well. Please note that our trips do not include international airfare to/from Argentina, unless stated.
