Tourism is a flourishing industry in Argentina in general but especially in Patagonia.

Tourism is is a genuine source of labor for thousands of people. The residents and economies of small towns get enormous benefits; however, the natural environments may suffer negative effects.

Likewise, some people run the risk of being exploited, mainly those from native groups that may find themselves, or their privacy, very exposed to tourists.

At "Planet earth, the way it used to be", we believe the only way to overcome such obstacle is through developing awareness in tourism. Patagonia, as well as the rest of Argentina, has the special beauty of being untouched; help us preserve it.
