In general I was quite satisfied with the tour as everything worked well with flights, pick-up, transfers, etc. The only remark I have is that there was a considerable difference in the hotel standard between El Calafate and Ushuai. The "Los Canelos" in El Calafate was nice and comfortable, but the "Mirabeagle" was of quite poor standard in comparison.
